Hi I am Heather and I have been employed by Fusion Fostering since March 2017 as a Regional Manager. I have worked in social work for over 30 years, starting in residential children’s homes, moving to work in a Looked After Children Team in Bristol and then The Disabled Children Team also in Bristol.
In 2004 I moved to specialise in fostering services and I have been a Registered Manager for the past 10 years. As part of my commitment to seeing fostering services develop and improve, I Chair the South West Forum for Independent Fostering Providers.
As Regional Manager for Fusion in the South West, which covers the area from Wiltshire down to the Devon/Dorset border across to South Cornwall and up to Gloucestershire and back across to Wiltshire, I work alongside Sarah Wells (Deputy RM) and the administration team, to support 9 Senior Social Workers who cover this area.
In my free time, I enjoy creative activities including learning to paint in water colours and soft pastel, making felted pictures and I make wire jewellery. I also enjoy going for walks and spending time with my husband, two teenage children and friends.

We cover the area from Dorset across Hampshire to West Sussex and up to the
West Berkshire region. We currently have 4 Senior Social Workers who cover this area.
I am the Regional Manager for the South East which covers from Dorset across Hampshire to West Sussex and up to the West Berkshire region. The South East currently have 4 Senior Social Workers who cover this Region.
I enjoy spending time with my family and in particular being in the good old outdoors. I like to go downhill mountain biking in the Alps though I keep getting told I have to be careful as a few years ago a fall from my bike led me needing to be air lifted to hospital!

I am Regional Manager for the East Midlands. My area stretches from Leicestershire in the south to Hull in the north, East to the North Sea! West to Derbyshire and some parts of Staffordshire.
Currently the majority of foster carers live in Nottinghamshire however, this is changing as we grow.

We work in partnership with 14 different Local Authorities across the region. Our region
stretches from Gloucestershire in the South to Stoke-On-Trent in the North. We also
Cover Shropshire in the West to Warwickshire in the East. We now have 6 Senior Social Workers
within the region.
Hi, I am Louise and have been employed by Fusion Fostering since July 2018 as a Regional Manager. Prior to this position I have worked as a Social Worker, Reviewing Officer and Manager for Walsall Council for some eleven and a half years, both within Safeguarding and Family Support and Fostering Teams. I also hold experience of work within the field of Adult Mental Health and have been employed within Probation Services and as a Manager of Children and Young Person’s Residential Homes.
As Regional Manager for Fusion in the West Midlands, which also covers Shropshire, Herefordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Staffordshire. I work alongside Rachel Wardell (Deputy RM) and the Administration Team and currently support 6 Care Partners and 28 Foster Carers.
I have one adult son, and in my free time I especially enjoy spending time with my family and will together visit our favourite spots in Wales as often as is possible. I also enjoy long walks with my dog (Dave the Chihuahua) and also enjoy swimming and reading.

Covering the 22 North West local authorities, and stretches from Blackpool to Chester,
and includes Liverpool, Warrington, Manchester, Bolton and Wigan. We currently have 2
Senior Social Workers in the region. The region has been registered since Aug 2016 and was
rated as Good at its first Ofsted inspection in August 2017.
