Fusion Fostering are celebrating #MindfulMarch.
Mindfulness is the act of taking the time to pause, breathe, reflect, and really take in our thoughts and the world around us!
Life is hectic and it can be easy to rush through without stopping to enjoy the present moment. Practising mindfulness is a great way to boost your mental wellbeing, improve your mood, and increase your happiness and satisfaction in life.
By becoming more aware of the present moment, we can learn to enjoy the world around us more and to understand our own feelings and emotions better.
This helps us to enjoy things that we usually take for granted and to cope with the challenges that life throws at us!
Action for Happiness is a movement of people committed to building a happier and more caring society. This month, they are encouraging everyone to live more mindfully with their Mindful March campaign.
They have developed a calendar full of simple daily actions you can take to help you to become more mindful.
