Fostering is an amazing thing to do, it allows you to work from home, looking after children who need your help. What could be more rewarding?

If you’re thinking about fostering in the South East of England, Fusion can help you. We’re always looking for new carers to help with the increasing demand from children entering foster care in the UK.

The Fostering Network predicts that 1,020 foster carers need to be recruited in the South East in the next 12 months for all children who enter the care system to be looked after by a foster family.1 This is one of the highest targets required for any area in England, if you choose to Foster in the South East, you can make a difference to many young people’s lives.

Can you foster with us?

If you are interested in fostering with us, even if you think you may not be eligible, please reach out. There are many myths surrounding fostering. If you want to foster, you most likely can!

The only essential requirements for fostering are:

Training and support

Perhaps you are worried that you do not have the skills or qualifications to be a foster parent? This is another myth! No previous skills are required to begin a career in fostering. All we ask is that you are passionate about caregiving and have a real desire to provide a warm, loving home to a child in need.

Fusion Fostering will provide a complete custom-tailored training programme for you, should you become approved as one of our registered carers.
