• Residential Support Worker – Evolve Childcare – Nr Wellington, Somerset

Our team…

At Fusion, we are pioneers in the field of fostering and within residential children’s services. We are proud of our reputation for service excellence, which is a result of us collectively and continually learning and evolving.

We work closely with local authorities across the UK to provide caring and stable homes for over 300 looked after children. We ensure our teams have capacity in their work by allocating smaller caseloads, this means a higher standard of quality support is achievable.

We follow a child-centred approach in everything that we do – this is fundamental to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We always keep the child in focus when making decisions about their lives and when working in partnership with them and their families.
