Hilde has always been very supportive in all our needs, she has a great understanding of all age groups of children and can give advice when required. She makes you feel like a valued member of the team, this year for example she came around with a wonderful Christmas Hamper in which she had included Gluten Free goods for our Grandchild. The items had been hand picked to ensure that everyone would enjoy something and was not a run of the mill off-the-shelf items.  It’s these little touches that you really notice.

When our Foster child was without a laptop for home revision, she went out of her way to ensure she had one. She always stands in your corner when you need help.

Hilde has managed to find lots of relevant courses for our PPD, she has also led courses that have given us knowledge in different aspects of caring that needed improvement, ensuring that the support we give our Foster child is well educated and not guesswork.

Hilde is always at the end of a telephone when one needs support and has always seemed pleased to be able to help. Hilde, we feel, is a very well qualified Social Worker and one of the best that we’ve ever had. I feel very well supported with our foster child and feel that our foster child also feels supported by Hilde.
